Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. butter, 3 egg yolks and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar, cold water and butter in medium saucepan; cook until sugar is dissolved.
Combine egg yolks with milk; pour into hot mixture.
Add lemon juice, then add cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water.
Stir all of these together and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
