Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can eagle brand, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Separate egg yolks and whites.
Put egg whites in separate bowl; beat well for several minutes.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar. Mix the Eagle Brand, lemon juice, 3 tablespoons sugar and egg yolks well; pour into pie crust.
Pour meringue over pie mixture. Bake at 350Β° until meringue is brown.
Chill and serve.
