Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) baked shell, 3 eggs, separated, 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. realemon juice concentrate and a few drops yellow food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks.
Add condensed milk, ReaLemon juice and coloring.
Pour into crust.
In mixer bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar to soften peaks. Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Spread on pie; seal to edges.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool and chill.
