Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small box lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in water.
Let it partly chill.
Combine cream cheese and sugar, then add jello.
Whip milk with mixer; add to sugar, cream cheese and jello mixture.
Pour in graham cracker crust.
This will make 2 large pies.
Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Keep refrigerated.
