Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o lemon pudding and pie mix, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 3 egg yolks and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine pie mix, 2/3 cup sugar and water in a saucepan.
Mix in egg yolks.
Add water.
Cook and stir to a full boil.
Cool 5 minutes.
Blend in butter and lemon juice.
