Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 3 egg yolks and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar.
Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook on low until thick, stirring constantly.
When ready, put some hot mix into 3 egg yolks and stir well.
Pour back into hot mix, stir and cook a few minutes.
Take off and add 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/3 stick margarine.
Mix well.
Pour in baked pie shell.
