Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 lemon (juice and rind) and 9-inch baked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and the flour together.
Add egg yolks, juice from lemon and grated rind.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Beat egg whites real stiff; add remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Blend approximately 1/3 of the egg whites into yolk mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell; top with remainder of egg whites.
Brown in oven at 375Β°.
