Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. cool whip, 6 oz. frozen lemonade, 3 eggs, 1 can eagle brand milk and 2 keebler graham cracker crusts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat 3 egg yolks well.
Add Eagle Brand milk.
Mix well.
Add thawed lemonade and stir until well mixed.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 2 pie crusts.
Make meringue with egg whites.
Add 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to egg whites. Beat until it forms stiff peaks.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until well mixed.
Cook at 350Β° until brown.
When cooled, put in refrigerator.
