Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter.
Add sugar and flour; blend well.
Gradually add milk; heat until it begins to thicken.
Beat eggs.
Add the lemon juice.
Gradually add about 1 cup of the hot milk mixture to eggs. Combine the two mixtures; cook until thick.
Cool briefly.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
