Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. cornstarch or flour, 1 1/2 c. water, 3 beaten egg yolks and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks in heavy saucepan.
Stir in water gradually.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Grate the two lemons.
Stir in rind and juice. Add butter.
Cool and pour into cooked pie shell.
Cover with meringue.
