Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cornstarch, juice of 2 lemons, 3 egg yolks, beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add beaten egg yolks, milk and melted butter.
Cook until it comes to a boil and becomes thick.
Remove from heat; add a little lemon rind.
Pour into pie shell.
Cover with meringue. Bake until browned.
Also good in a graham cracker shell.
