Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 2 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar, 1 heaping tbsp. flour and lump butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In heavy saucepan mix sugar and flour together and add hot water. Beat egg yolks and add to pan along with butter and lemon. Cook and stir constantly.
Beat egg whites and fold into lemon mixture.
Pour into a baked pie shell and chill until set.
