Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large eggs, 3 large egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Whisk first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, 10 minutes.
Heat gelatin and water over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Stir into cooled lemon mix.
Whip heavy cream and fold into mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.
Decorate with crystallized pansies.
