Lemon Pecan Fruit Cake
Lemon Pecan Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box brown sugar, 1 lb. oleo or butter (can use 1/2 of each), 6 egg yolks, beaten, 2 c. plain flour and 1 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream together sugar and oleo until smooth.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Mix well.
Combine 2 cups flour and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture.

Add to creamed mixture.
Fold into batter the beaten egg whites.
Cover and let stand overnight.
Next day, bake in floured and greased tube pan at 250Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
