Lemon Party Pie
Lemon Party Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon pudding (cooked type), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 4 egg yolks and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a saucepan mix lemon pudding, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Blend in egg yolks, 2 1/2 cups of water and cook as directed on pudding box.
Blend in lemon juice and butter.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into cooled, baked 10-inch pie shell.
