Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease muffin tins.
Combine first six ingredients in bowl.
Stir together egg, yogurt, butter and lemon juice.
Add to dry mix.
Put in tins; bake 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on wire rack.
Prick with fork and pour glaze on warm muffins.
