Lemon Mousse Superb
Lemon Mousse Superb is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine milk, cornstarch, salt and sugar.
Cook stirring over medium heat until mixture come to a full boil and thickens.
Simmer, stirring for one minute.
Break egg yolks into small bowl.
Gradually stir in some hot mixture and then put all into saucepan.
Cook and stir 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat.
Blend in lemon peel and juice.
Chill until cold to the touch.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 4 stem dessert dishes.
Freeze until firm.
Grate on additional peel for garnish.
