Lemon Melts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 egg, 1 box 10x sugar and 2 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients together.
Make into small balls.
Put several balls in bag with 10x sugar.
Shake until coated.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 14 minutes.
Cool and serve.
Will melt in your mouth.
