Mix oleo, flour and nuts.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and
Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust. Mix instant pudding
Spread cheese mixture.
Top with remaining
Cool Whip, cherries and nuts.
Cut in half for 8-inch square pan.
