Mix oleo, flour and pecans.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Combine sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup topping.
Mix pudding and cold milk; spread over cream cheese mixture in pan.
Spread rest of whipped topping over mixture and refrigerate.
