Lemon Lush
Lemon Lush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 2 c. flour, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix oleo and flour until crumbly and press lightly into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375Β° until done.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread on top crust.
Mix instant pudding, milk and lemon juice.
Spread over top of first mixture.
When set, spread Cool Whip over top.
