Lemon Love Notes
Lemon Love Notes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 tsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix butter, 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar.
Press into an ungreased pan.
Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until golden. Combine confectioners sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder; add eggs, lemon juice and peel and pour evenly over baked, cooled mixture in pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cut in squares.
