Lemon Love
Lemon Love is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, separated, juice and rind of lemon and 1 1/2 tsp. knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak gelatin in small amount of water.
In double boiler, cook sugar, egg yolks, juice and rind of lemon until it coats the spoon (custard, 10 minutes and stir).
Add gelatin; take from heat. Cool slightly.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour in sherbets. Makes 5 plus.
