Lemon Loaves
Lemon Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. buttermilk and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift together the flour, salt and soda. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk to the egg mixture. Stir in zest and nuts.
Pour in 2 greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
