Lemon-Lime Salad
Lemon-Lime Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in gelatin mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in vanilla, oranges, pineapple, soda and pecans.
Chill until mounds.
Fold in 3/4 of Cool Whip.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Chill.
Cut in squares.
Serve with reserved topping.
