Lemon Lime Delight
Lemon Lime Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large lime gelatin, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice), 3/4 c. pecans, 2 pkg. whipped topping mix and 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Make gelatin.
Add drained pineapple and pecans.
Chill until set.
Whip topping and blend in cream cheese.
Spread over gelatin.
Bring to a slow boil 1 cup of reserved pineapple liquid, lemon juice, eggs, sugar and flour.
Cook until thickened. Cool.
Spread over other mixture and refrigerate.
