Put all ingredients in one large bowl and beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into greased and floured tube pan and cook at 325Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave cake there until cool to touch.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
