Lemon Icebox Pie
Lemon Icebox Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix 3 egg yolks, condensed milk and lemon juice.
Pour into pie crust.
Beat egg whites and add cream of tartar.
When whites become stiff, add sugar.
Put on top of pie and bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
