Lemon Icebox Pie
Lemon Icebox Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon (plus pulp), 2 eggs, separated, 1/3 pkg. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. eagle brand milk and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pour cracker crumbs in pie plate, add butter and sugar.
Heat in oven until butter melts.
Set aside.
Pour Eagle Brand milk in bowl, add whipped eggs, stir, then add lemon juice and stir until thick.
Pour into crust.
