Lemon Icebox Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. lemon extract, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, separated and 1 crumb crust, chilled (i prefer keebler's butter flavored crust), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine lemon juice and lemon extract.
Pour into condensed milk and stir thoroughly.
Add egg yolks and blend well.
Pour mixture into crust.
Add meringue.
Brown on 325Β°.
