Lemon Ice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. lemon juice and pulp, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 qt. ice cold milk (homogenized or skim), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and lemon juice.
Add mixture to ice cold milk. Pour into refrigerator tray or stainless steel bread pan.
Put in freezer.
Remove tray when ice is partially frozen.
Beat smooth and return to freezer until solid.
