Lemon Glaze
Lemon Glaze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. margarine, 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar and 1 tsp. lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat juice, milk and margarine together until margarine melts. Add to sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in rind.
Drizzle over top of cake.
If there is extra glaze, put in covered container and refrigerate.
May be heated to proper consistency and used another time.
