Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained and 1 1/2 c. carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
