Lemon Fruitcake
Lemon Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine, 2 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 4 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream margarine and sugar in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add lemon extract.
Sift flour and baking powder together, then add small amount of flour mixture to cake, beating well after each addition.
Then last, add the nuts, raisins, cherries and pineapple.
Mix thoroughly.
