Lemon Freeze
Lemon Freeze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. lemon extract and 2 drops yellow food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line 9 x 9-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs.
Whip well chilled evaporated milk until thick.
Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon extract and yellow food coloring.
Freeze.
