Lemon Freeze
Lemon Freeze is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, pinch of ground nutmeg, 1/4 c. chopped nuts and 3 c. corn chex cereal, crushed to 1 c., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Butter 8-inch square baking pan.
Combine butter, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Add nuts and Chex crumbs.
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Press remainder evenly into bottom of pan.
Chill for 30 minutes.
