*Lemon Freeze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. vanilla wafers, 1 large can carnation milk, chilled, juice and rind of 1 lemon, 1 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.) and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Set jello as usual.
When it begins to jell, beat thoroughly. Add juice and rind of lemon.
Whip milk; add sugar as whipped. Combine the two.
Put half of rolled vanilla wafers in bottom of 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Add mixture.
Put remaining rolled crumbs on top.
