Lemon Freeze
Lemon Freeze is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1/3 tsp. salt and 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice, rind and salt in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts and mixture slightly thickens.
Fold in whip cream and egg whites.
Line pan with most of crumbs.
Pour in mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Freeze at coldest temperature.
