Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. whipped cream, 1 large pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 3/4 c. hot water, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Chill until almost set.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Line bottom of dish with half of the wafer crumbs.
Pour in Jell-O mixture.
Top with remaining wafer crumbs.
