Lemon Fluff

Put can of milk in freezer until ice crystals form.
Mix water in Jell-O and put in refrigerator until it begins to thicken. Whip milk until thick.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Fold thickened Jell-O into whipped cream.
Layer pan with vanilla wafers and pour Jell-O and cream mixture over.
Garnish with wafer crumbs and chill.
