Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 3/4 c. hot water, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chill unopened can of milk in refrigerator until icy cold. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Chill until partially set.
Whip Jell-O until light and fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Whip chilled milk in another bowl until fluffy.
Fold in Jell-O mixture.
