Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. ice cubes, 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped and 1 small can crushed, chilled pineapple (with juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cubes and stir until ice cubes melt.
Blend in chilled whipped evaporated milk.
Add chilled pineapple, grated cheese and pecans.
Chill in the refrigerator until set.
May be served as a salad or as a dessert.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
