Chill milk 3 hours.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Chill until thick and then beat until fluffy.

Add lemon juice and sugar.

Beat milk until thick.

Add first mixture.

Sprinkle half of the crumbs into 13 x9-inch pan.

Pour in mixture and cover top with other half of crumbs.

Chill until firm.
