Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 c. sugar, 1 3/4 pkg. lemon jell-o and 1 3/4 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chill can of evaporated milk 3 to 4 hours.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and chill until partially set.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Whip chilled milk and fold into Jell-O mixture.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with half of crumbs.
Pour mixture over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight.
Cut in squares and center each square with a maraschino cherry.
