Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pet milk, 1 pkg. lemon jello, grated rind of 1 lemon, 1 1/4 c. boiling water and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Chill Pet milk overnight.
Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
Add sugar, grated rind and 4 tablespoons lemon juice. When mixture is slightly congealed, whip the milk and gradually add the gelatin mixture.
Add almond extract.
Line bottom of large casserole dish with crushed vanilla wafers. Pour mixture over wafers and sprinkle some of the wafers on top.
Let set in refrigerator until firm.
