Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. soft butter, 3/4 c. sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 2 eggs and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add other ingredients, but add beaten whites last.
Bake in small greased pan in hot water (water in lower pan) for 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
This makes a cake on top with sauce underneath.
Serve with whipped cream.
