Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, crushed, 1 large can milk, 1 large pkg. lemon jello, 1 3/4 c. hot water and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Chill canned milk for several hours.
Mix jello, hot water and salt.
Chill until half set; then beat until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar.
Beat cream until thick and add to the lemon mixture.
Crush wafers and cover the bottom of a 9 x 12 x 2-inch dish using only half of crumbs.
Pour in the mixture and cover with remaining crumbs.
Chill overnight or at least several hours, until set.
Will serve 12.
