Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1 (6 oz.) can thawed lemonade, 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
Add eggs and beat.
Stir in undiluted lemonade and water.
Cook this custard until it coats a spoon (about 5 minutes).
