Lemon Fluff
Lemon Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1 (6 oz.) can thawed lemonade, 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
Add eggs and beat.
Stir in undiluted lemonade and water.
Cook this custard until it coats a spoon (about 5 minutes).
