Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; set aside.
Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Beat in juice and peel. Stir in flour mixture until smooth.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on lightly greased sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
